To configure the network adapter settings click Configure. Now a Properties dialog box will appear.

This dialog box will feature 7 different tabs for configuring the settings.

These tabs are namely General, Advanced, About, Driver, Details, Events, and Power Management.

If you click on OK the network connection’s Properties dialog box will close and you will be taken back to the Network Connections page.

Right-Click on the network adapter and select Properties to continue the procedure.

Now you will have to review the list of connection items in the dialog box

If the protocol you want to add is not present in the list then you can click Install for adding the protocol you desired.

If you want to remove any network which you don’t anymore then select that item and then click on the Uninstall button.
