To install Droidcam app on your laptop you will have to visit the link of app on your browser, then click the button for downloading it on your laptop.
After that you have downloaded the file, open up that downloaded file and follow the instructions of the setup wizard for installing the DroidCam on your laptop.
After the installation is complete open the DroidCam application on the laptop and also open it on your Android smartphone.
